Additional Charges Other Than Product Price:

  • We charge a flat rate of 200 yen for shipping within Japan.
  • Shipping charges outside of Japan will be based on Japan Post EMS rates.
  • Refst will cover the shipping costs within Japan for purchases of 3,000 yen or more.
  • Credit card(handling charge)  will be covered by Refst.

Payment Method and Timing:

  1. If payment is made by credit card, it will be processed at the time of order.
  2. If payment is made by bank transfer, payment must be completed after the order is placed (shipping will occur upon confirmation of payment).
    • Please note that no refunds will be issued if an order is returned to the warehouse due to reasons such as an incomplete address or long-term absence.

Delivery Time: Products will usually be delivered within 7-30 business days after the order is received.

  • If there is a delay for any reason, such as inclement weather, we will notify you by email or other means.
  • If you have not received your order after 30 business days, please contact us at support@refst.jp.

Returns, Defective Items, and Cancellations:

  • Please note that, in principle, we do not accept returns or exchanges of products after an order has been placed.
  • In the unlikely event that the product you ordered is damaged or the wrong item is delivered, please contact us at support@refst.jp.
  • If we deem it necessary to return or exchange the product, please return the product to the address we specify, with freight collect.
  • Please note that we will not be able to resend the product or issue a refund if the product is not returned.

Advertising Emails: We may send you promotional emails regarding our products and services from the following address: support@refst.jp.

Receipts: We do not issue individual receipts.
You can generate your own receipt from your purchase history on "My Page".
