Refund policy
Delivery
- The delivery destination for products in this service is limited to areas within Japan and those designated as deliverable by Refst.
- Regarding product delivery, the delivery will be conducted by the responsibility of the delivery company. Matters concerning delivery will be handled according to the delivery company's stipulated terms and conditions.
- Users must promptly notify the delivery company in case of issues caused by the delivery company (including delivery delays, thawing accidents, and other delivery issues).
- Users acknowledge that the delivery date and contents of products in this service are not guaranteed. They understand that actual circumstances may differ due to factors such as order timing, website updates, stock availability, shipping origin, or carrier constraints.
- If users do not receive products within the deadline set by Refst due to reasons such as errors in the delivery address provided by the user, user absence, or user refusal to accept delivery, they shall be deemed to have transferred the products to Refst free of charge, and Refst may dispose of the products or take other necessary measures.
Inability to Deliver
- In cases where delivery of products by Refst or Refst's commissioned agents becomes impossible due to unforeseen weather changes, natural disasters, accidents, accidents involving partner businesses, product out-of-stock situations, or other reasons, Refst may, at its discretion, proceed with alternative product delivery.
- Users agree in advance that if Refst determines, based on reasonable grounds, not to take the measures under the preceding paragraph due to its reasonable judgment, Refst may take measures such as canceling the sales contract regarding the respective products.
- Refst assumes no responsibility for damages incurred by users due to its reasonable judgment whether or not it took measures based on the preceding two paragraphs.
Return and Exchange of Products
- Except in cases where the delivered products do not conform to the contract regarding quality or quantity ("contract non-conformity"), users generally cannot request returns, exchanges, etc.
- If there is a contract non-conformity with the delivered products, users must notify Refst on the day of arrival or the following day by the method specified by Refst.
- If Refst acknowledges a contract non-conformity based on the preceding paragraph, Refst will exchange the product or deliver a substitute product by the method specified by Refst. In this case, users bear the shipping costs for the exchange or substitute product.
- Refst assumes no responsibility for deterioration in product quality due to long-term storage by the delivery company at the user's convenience (including home delivery boxes) or deterioration in the quality of frozen products due to thawing at the user's convenience, both of which are not considered contract non-conformity under the provisions of this clause.
- Except in cases attributable to Refst's fault, Refst generally accepts responsibility for the product price even if the product is returned due to long-term absence or refusal to accept delivery.
